Über Asymptote
Asymptote is a small book of stories told in mathematics. Each of its twenty-six stories is a real equation drawn live on your phone — a rose that grows petal by petal from three lines of maths, the heart curve, a heart made only of straight lines, two functions that get closer forever and never touch — with a few sentences under it: some love letters, some about missing someone, some for the day you feel stuck. Turn the surfaces with a finger, drag a curve to draw it yourself, and send one: type a name and the app makes a card with the picture, the words and the equation. No account, no server, no subscription. A one-time unlock that opens every story and removes the ads is coming in a later version.

Twenty-Six Stories
Each is a real equation and a few sentences under it, in five moods: love, longing, courage, wonder, calm
Drawn Live
Nothing is a picture file. The rose, the heart, the saddle and the Lorenz attractor are computed on the phone from the formula shown
Turn It, Draw It
Surfaces turn under a finger and keep turning on their own. Plane curves draw themselves, and dragging scrubs the pen
Send A Card
Type a name and the app makes a 4:5 card with the picture, the words and the equation, ready for any chat. The name is never stored
The Maths Is Always Shown
Every story carries its formulas, typeset the way mathematics is printed. Nothing is hidden behind the picture
Opens As You Return
Fourteen stories on the first day, all twenty-six within a week. Nothing ever closes again
No Subscription
Ads appear only after a card is sent, never over a story. A one-time unlock that opens everything and removes them is coming later
