• These Terms of Service are between you and Grisu Studio LLC, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC
• The respective store's terms and conditions also apply to your use of the applications
• Apple and Google are not responsible for the applications or content thereof
• Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support services

8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some of our applications may offer in-app purchases or subscription services. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide current, complete, and accurate payment information
• Understand that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
